Return and Refund Policy

We accept returns under the following conditions:

Factory-Defected Products:

* If you received a product that is defective due to manufacturing faults, you are eligible for a return.

* Report the defect within 7 calendar days of receiving the product.

* We require proof of the defect, which may include photos or a detailed description of the issue.

Unopened Products in New Condition:

* If you change your mind about your purchase, you can return the product, provided that it is unopened and in its original condition.

* The item must be returned within 7 calendar days from the date of receipt.

* The product must be in its original packaging, unopened, and unused.

* You will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-returnable items:

  • Please note that we do not accept returns on final sale items or products that have been used or opened, unless they are factory defected.

Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item and notify you about the status of your refund. If the return is approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days.

Shipping Policy


Orders are usually processed within 24 to 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Once processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Expected arrival time for orders is within a maximum of 7 working days from the date of shipment.

Once dispatched, the tracking number and tracking link will be provided so customers can track their orders.

If you need to change the shipping address after your order has been placed, please contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee the change if the order is already processed.
